Roman Menzel is the managing director and holder of Neopolis Beteiligungs GmbH. He has become familiar with leading roles in the real estate branch since the 1990's.

Up until 2016 he was the responsible managing partner of Coldwell Banker in Berlin and specialized in real estate investment advisory.

Prior to this, the born Berliner worked for 5 years at the Dutch real estate investment management firm Bouwfonds IM as the managing director. In addition to positioning investments successfully, Menzel was also responsible for the brand invention and development of “private funds” of Bouwfonds IM, a daughter company of Rabo Bank, Netherlands.

Furthermore, from 2000 to 2006 he was active as the Vice President at the Deutsche Bank Real Estate in Frankfurt. After that, he worked for 4 years at a private bank in Hamburg, dealing with European real estate investments.

As branch manager of IBV, part of Bankgesellschaft Berlin, he placed many direct property projects in Berlin during the 1990's.

Roman Menzel has a degree in business and a certificate in property inspection.

 

Since 2014 he has taught as a freelance lecturer at the academy of real estate business (ADI).
